Virtual QuickBooks Online (QBO) Accounting Services

Keeping accurate books and records is one of the most important ways to manage your company’s growth, profitability, and cash flow. To help your business succeed, we provide monthly accounting services at affordable rates. We also provide monthly, quarterly and annual financial reviews, income tax preparation and planning services, and consulting services.

Our virtual QBO accounting services includes:

  • Classifying bank, savings, and credit card transactions
  • Reviewing your profit and loss statement on a monthly basis
  • Providing in-depth reports such as trend, profitability and other analysis

We also provide fixed-fee monthly accounting services based on monthly transaction volume and complexity. We also provide professionally formatted financial statements (additional fees apply)!

Income Tax

Our income tax return preparation fees include federal, one state, and e-filing fees starting at:

  • Form 1040 Individual w/standard deduction: $125
  • Form 1040 Individual w/itemized deduction: $225
  • Form 1120-S: $350
  • Form 1065 partnership: $350
  • Form 990 nonprofit organization: $400
  • Additional forms (Profit and Loss, Capital Gains/Losses, Royalty Income/Deductions, etc.): $75-125 each
  • Additional state forms: $50 each

Financial Statements

Reviews & Compilations

At Duncan & Company, LLC, we proudly provide financial statement review, compilation and agreed-upon procedures services at competitive rates. 

Review Services

A review is a limited assurance attestation engagement in which we gain a thorough understanding of your business, policies and procedures, industry and regulatory compliance, and perform non-audit procedures which includes inquiring about procedures used to record, classify and report accounting transactions, analyzing financial performance including ratio, trend, budget v. actual, and other factors, reviewing significant journal entries, material events subsequent to the financial statement date, and review the financial statements and footnotes to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Standards (GAAP) or other basis of accounting. 

Reviews start at $5,000 and is generally completed within one week.

Compilation Services

A compilation is a no assurance attestation engagement where basic financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flows) are prepared based on summarized financial information provided by management. The compilation report states that the financial statements are not audited or reviewed and, therefore, does not express an opinion or provide any assurance that the financial statements are in accordance GAAP or other basis of accounting.

The compilation report also does not provide assurance that the financial statements are free of material misstatement, fraud or irregularities. However, if during the compilation engagement, any evidence that comes to our attention will be discussed with management.

Compilation services start at:

  • $1,500 for basic financial statements (balance sheet and profit and loss statements)
  • $1,750 for basic financial statements, including cash flows statement
  • $2,000 for comparative financial statements (balance sheet and profit and loss statements) and single year cash flows statement
  • $2,500 to $4,500 complete GAAP financial statements, including footnote disclosures.

Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP)

Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) are a unique type of attestation engagement where specific procedures, financial or nonfinancial, are performed at the request of management. A report of the findings and/or results of our procedures will be provided at the conclusion of the engagement; however, no opinion or conclusion will be provided. AUP engagements are billed and due weekly at an hourly rate of $75 per hour.
